Welcome to NIEE ROOM. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

PRICING

All product prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise stated.

The price payable for an item is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed. We do not provide price adjustments if the price of an item changes after your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, including errors caused by technical or system issues. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we may contact you before processing the order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

NIEE ROOM reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to situations involving stock availability, pricing errors, product issues, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

PURCHASE & CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, packed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details carefully before completing payment, including the selected product, colour, size, quantity and delivery information.

Items added to your shopping cart are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers until the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that the product availability shown on our website is accurate.

However, in certain circumstances, an item may become unavailable due to stock discrepancies, damaged stock, manufacturing issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an item in your order is unavailable and we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you regarding the available options. Where no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be provided for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased by a customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We accept return and exchange requests within 5 working days from the date the parcel is received.

Customers must contact NIEE ROOM within this period before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For general returns, we provide exchange only. Cash refunds will not be provided unless the requested replacement item is unavailable.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may provide a refund store credit for the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene and product condition reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale items, discounted items and promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size. Please refer to our Size Guide and individual product measurements before placing an order.

PRODUCT DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact NIEE ROOM within 5 working days from the date the parcel is received.

Clear photos and/or videos may be required for us to assess the issue.

Examples of defects or fulfilment errors may include:

• Significant tears or holes
• Major stitching defects
• A broken or non-functioning zipper
• Significant stains
• Incorrect item, colour or size sent
• Missing items from the order
• Other significant issues that affect the normal use or appearance of the product

The following are generally not considered defects:

• Minor loose threads
• Minor differences in measurements within the stated tolerance
• Slight colour differences caused by lighting, photography or different device screens
• Minor differences between production batches
• Natural variations in fabric texture, colour or appearance
• Buttonholes that have not been cut open, where applicable
• Issues caused by washing, ironing, alteration or improper care
• Damage caused after the item has been worn or used
• Size not fitting due to the customer selecting the wrong size, where the product measurements are consistent with the information provided on our website

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is considered a manufacturing defect or product-related issue.

DELIVERY

Ready-stock orders will generally be shipped within 3–5 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and delivery destination and may vary.

NIEE ROOM is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information provided by customers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

BACKORDER / PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Not all products are available for backorder or pre-order.

Where a product is available for backorder or pre-order, the relevant information and estimated arrival date will be stated on the individual product page.

Estimated arrival dates are for reference only and may be affected by manufacturing, shipment or other unforeseen delays.

For orders containing both ready-stock and backorder/pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Customers who require ready-stock items to be shipped separately may need to place separate orders.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product images, colours, descriptions and measurements displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.

However, actual colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions during photography or differences in individual phone, tablet or computer screens.

Product measurements are taken manually and may have a slight measurement difference. Please refer to the individual product measurement information before purchasing.

Different fabrics may also have different levels of stretch, fit and drape. Customers are encouraged to review the product description and size information carefully before placing an order.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

From time to time, NIEE ROOM may offer promotional discount codes, vouchers or special promotions.

The terms and conditions applicable to each promotion will be stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
• Promotional codes may have minimum spending requirements or product exclusions.
• Promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional code where misuse or abuse is suspected.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTS & TERMS

NIEE ROOM reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue or change the availability of any product, price, promotion or website content at any time.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable requirements.

By continuing to use our website after any changes have been made, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
